A unique steading conversion consisting of 7 linked three bedroomed properties, completed in 2003.
This conversion was painstakingly re-built using the original granite blocks and was the last steading of this size refurbished in Aberdeen before the regulations changed, prohibiting re-development of these types of buildings to more than three dwellings.
